All grievances shall be acknowledged within a reasonable timeframe and resolved in accordance with applicable law. The Company shall endeavor to respond to all data protection-related grievances within 30 days from the date of receipt, unless a shorter period is prescribed under applicable regulations.
If a data principal is not satisfied with the resolution provided, they may seek remedies as available under applicable law.
