All grievances shall be acknowledged within a reasonable timeframe and resolved in accordance with applicable law. The Company shall endeavor to respond to all data protection-related grievances within 30 days from the date of receipt, unless a shorter period is prescribed under applicable regulations.

If a data principal is not satisfied with the resolution provided, they may seek remedies as available under applicable law.

The Company reserves the right to update or revise this Privacy Policy at any time. All changes will be published on the Company’s website with an updated effective date.
